Lorraine is a specialist counsellor, clinical supervisor and acupuncturist based in Kent. She helps people do the deep work of healing from trauma, supports people undergoing fertility treatment and is a Barnardo’s-trained adoption counsellor.

Our client had a small website which featured descriptions of her services but needed lifting with personality and photographs, better layouts and clearer details about how to work with her.

Also Lorraine’s many specialisms each needed their own space in a way that would help visitors understand what she offers and how she could help them.

The solution

First we equipped Lorraine with a photography brief for her local brand photographer.

Then with her help, we got clear about which services and client types she wanted to profile most. We talked about whether she’d share pricing information (yes), how she would describe her availability when she is so often in sessions and how to sensitively get testimonials from clients who have been in crisis.

Lorraine’s new website showcases her expertise and care in all her roles, as a counsellor, clinical supervisor and acupuncturist.
